In this edition of the Affiliate Buzz audio newsletter, James Martell, successful publisher, speaker and author talks with host Charles Johnston about earning a commission on specialty sites, diversifying your business, building link partners and finding your motivation.

James and Charles talk about the start of the Affiliate Buzz and the objective behind recording them. They discuss the desire to offer students of the manual some inspiration, up to date information on the industry and motivation to succeed.

James talks with Charles about his upcoming ten day trip to Maui. He plans to have a limo pick up he and his wife to drive them the 45 minute drive to the airport. James shares his plans to take a helicopter ride over the island and hover above the waterfalls.

James and Charles discuss the many different specialty sites James has put together around specific merchants or products. He gives and example of his baseball shop that has every thing you could need. He tells listeners that he has done his keyword search and is ready to go. Then he shares some sites he has up now and what his current stats and some income inside commission junction.

Then James walks you through the process of making sure those quality links continue to qualify.

James and Charles talk about the foundation of earning high monthly income with affiliate marketing. James shares that it really is a matter of whether or not you believe you can do it. He shares some of the biggest challenge people actually have is whether or not they will get checks in the mail box. Once you believe you can you are motivated to make it happen.
