James and Charles talk about a dream James has had for over 20 years to own a Shelby Cobra of his own but it was financially out of reach. James shares with listeners that he was able to head up to Calgary and purchase a replica that will be built for him.

James talks with Charles about Justin’s opportunity to head down to Washington D.C. for a leadership course. James shares that this is a 4 year course and all the events that Justin is able to participate in. He shares that he is glad to have the resources to allow Justin to participate in this course and travel to places like the Smithsonian for the leadership course.

James discusses his new policy with Charles that he currently has in his office right now. James talks about having large numbers of sites and the set of challenges that comes with it. He shares what new policy he has put in play to focus all their energy on one site at a time in an effort to improve that one site.

James and Charles talk about learning to leverage their time so they can get their business building for them. They talk about a way to push through the procrastination. James tells listeners that August is near and the fall shopping season is right around the corner. He shares that it is the best season for making money online and encourages students to pick one website and get one site at a time ranked and ready for this season.
