In this edition of the Affiliate Buzz audio newsletter, James Martell, successful publisher, speaker and author talks with host Charles Johnston about 1&1 Hostings’s facility tour in Germany, a keyword rich domain name suggestion tool and a powerful too for checking your competitor’s backlinks.

James and Charles talk about having a large number of sites and the end results. James shares that he has a few well performing sites and a few that aren’t. He plans to narrow down some of his sites so he can really focus on a few sites and really get them going using the steps in the handbook. They discuss one site that is a good example of what happens when you spend focused time on it.

James discusses with Charles his recent trip to Germany and shares some surprising events. He talks about the cruise down the highway at 220 kilometers and how legal this is. He describes the BMW as having a mouse built right into the car so they can stay in contact with their facility. Then they discuss the inside of their facility and the endless miles of hallways with servers in them.

They talk about heading over to Spain and meeting up with their affiliates. He shares that the discussion was natural search vs. paid. One guy in particular does only natural search shares with James his portfolio and some photos of heading over to the Porsche warehouse where he ordered his own custom made Porsche.
