In this edition of the Affiliate Buzz audio newsletter, James Martell, successful publisher, speaker and author talks with host Charles Johnston about getting together at CJU, how to research and select a topic for your website, building pages and putting them together on your site and the make or break element of your business.

James and Charles talk about the upcoming trip to CJU in beautiful Santa Barbara. James reminds listeners of where they can meet up with him on the Saturday before the CJU starts. They tell listeners that they can meet in the lounge of the lobby to the right of the reception desk at 8:30 on Saturday evening.

James and Charles talk about how travel has become a part of James’s life. He takes his regular breakations in addition to his business travels. James shares that this trip to CJU will be a combined breakation as they plan to arrive two days early and stay an extra day to take in the sites of the area.

James tells listeners that they are not talking about working on the business, rather planning it out and organizing what you want to accomplish.
