James and Charles discuss the continual insistence by his daughter to give them a cell phone and how he decided to set up an agreement with the children and then crafted that around a similar offer on his website for other parents.
James discusses with Charles exactly what he did to tie this into his cell phone site by adding a form where teens can go and fill out a form that allows the teens to tell their parents they understand how phones and what works. James tells listeners that this is how an idea can become content.
