I took a lot of notes when I sat through Jim’s keynote at Affiliate Summit East 2010 in New York City. He struck a real cord with me on a number of levels.
What’s your number and how many hours a week do you want to work. Both great questions that have had me thinking ever since.
I am still working on the answer, but will nail it down shortly.
Hey Jay, I am glad you enjoyed Jim’s interview. I got a lot out of it as well. Jim’s a great guy and clearly knows his stuff! He’s a great asset to the affiliate marketing industry as a whole.
James, thanks so much for posting this. I’m really happy I was able to provide a thoughtful keynote. I worked really hard on a message that I thought would resonate with that audience. I think I did it judging from the feedback.
Your support is greatly appreciated, and thanks again!
So did you come up with the number yet? How about $100k/month and 2/hours a week? Let’s shoot for that! Jim Kukral recently posted..HubspotTV Appearance Twitter: jimkukral
Thanks for posting the video of the keynote speaker. There were several great tips, especially with the reminder to set a number – a goal – that will help to keep me on track. I enjoy working the hours during the week, but I can see that I need to set the number that will keep me focused on the basics that will bring most of the return.
Thanks again

Thanks Jane, Jim did a great talk. It was a good reminder to me as well about keeping the goals in front. I particularly liked his section on what’s your number? It got me thinking. How much a month do I really want? How many hours a week do I want to work. Great questions. Twitter: JamesMartell

Hi James,
This really pumped me up!
Very candid & inspiring speech by Jim.
What really impressed me was what he said:
- Think Big
- Hardwork
- And Take Actions..
I also agreed with what he said about “fear”. Most people fail in affiliate marketing, because they’re not willing to go the extra miles..
Thanks for sharing this with us:)

Hey Jim,
I haven’t nailed down the numbers yet, but I will. It’s been top of mind and will stay their until I not only write it down but make it happen.
I would love to interview for Coffee Talk. Let me know if you’re available.
