So, you're ready start educating your audience and generating leads. Hosting a webinar is a great way to do that. If you've got a good idea for a web conference, you're probably excited to get going. Organizing your event can be a little overwhelming, but fortunately there are a lot of tools out there that can help you along the way. As you move toward your launch date, here are 8 things to keep in mind in order to endsure that your webinar is audience-ready.
1. Test your microphone.
It might seem a little basic, but testing out your microphone is absolutely critical. Honestly, your audience probably won't notice if you have a great microphone - but they will absolutely notice if you have a low-quality one. Test your microphone and be sure that the sound quality is top-notch.
2. Have your discussion points outlined.
Don't go into the event empty-handed or plan on just speaking off the top of your head. Outline the points you want to cover and have the info on hand as you conduct your web conference.
