My personal preference from the list above is the themes from iThemes.com. They are clean, not too busy and have all the functionality I could want. I find that many of the themes do offer lot's of functionality, but from a conversion point of view they are horrible. I like themes that are simple and easy to use that have minimal distractions for visitors. I would suggest checking out the Edmund and Essence themes from iThemes on the link about.
